USA Shipping:  

• “Standard” Shipping with Tracking Number using USPS is free on orders with a value of $99.
• Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. All American orders have a handling time of 1-2 business days.

Canada Shipping:  

• “Expedited” Shipping With Tracking using Canada Post is free on orders with a value of $99.
• Orders with 3 pairs of laces and less will be shipped using Canada Post Lettermail With No Tracking. However, customers have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout.
• Our Canadian warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. All Canadian orders have a handling time of 1-2 days.
• Ship times may vary due to location, weather and postal delays that are outside of Herewarn’s control.

EU & UK Shipping

• Effective July 1st, 2021, all items going into the EU & UK regardless of their value will be subject to VAT.
• Each country has its own VAT and duty rates.
• VAT and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.

International Shipping

• International Expedited Mail shipping is free on orders with a value of $99.
• Our Canadian warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Typically, all international orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to high volume during the holiday season, please allow extra time for us to process your order. We appreciate your patience!
• We ship to over 200 countries and regions. Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.
• International delivery times will vary and will depend on the country and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to many factors and do not include any customs processing times.

** International Expedited Mail will have tracking up until arriving to the destination country, after which it will be handed over to the local post who will complete the final journey of the delivery.

• Herewarn has no control over the delivery speed of the destination country’s local courier. Please be patient and reach out to your local post office if your tracking status show 

Tracking Your Order

• Please submit your shipping information in English only, excluding any special characters and carefully review your information before placing your order.
• All shipments will be provided a shipping confirmation email that will include the courier in use and may also include the tracking number (depending on the shipping service level selected).
• The tracking information provided by the postal carrier serves as absolute proof of delivery. A package that is shown as « Delivered » cannot be subject to a claim. In the case of a missing package with a tracking stating Delivered, the customer is advised to check his mailbox, front desk or contact his/her nearest post office. Unfortunately we cannot help locate a package that is shown as delivered.
• We are not liable or responsible for loss incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. Because we include tracking on most packages, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. Inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to your selected postal carrier.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempted

• Items that fail to deliver and DO NOT RETURN back to Herewarn will be the customer’s responsibility if the initial delivery was unsuccessful because of the following reasons:
  • Incomplete, Insufficient, or incorrect address
  • Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
  • Mail unclaimed from local post office
  • Mail refused by the addressee
  • Refused
• In any of the above scenarios, Herewarn is not obligated to issue:
  • a refund
  • a free replacement package
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Re-shipping & Handling Fee

• Items that fail to deliver and DO RETURN back to Herewarn will be subjected to a “Re-shipping & Handling fee” as outlined in the chart below.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customer will be responsible for Re-shipping & Handling fee if the initial delivery attempted was unsuccessful because of the following reasons:
  • Incomplete, Insufficient, or incorrect address
  • Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
  • Mail unclaimed from local post office
  • Mail refused by the addressee
  • Refused
